Sean travels the country for his sales management job, always on the lookout for the right opportunity at the right time. When he discovered ActivePure, it checked all his boxes: timely, promising, and full of potential. With that, Sean decided to dive in and start building a team. By connecting with the network of people he has met throughout his career and continues to meet today, he’s working to unlock the incredible opportunities with Vollara, in commercial sales, retail sales, and beyond.
Sean’s journey doesn’t begin—or thrive—on its own. At his side is Lauren, his steadfast wife, partner in life and business. They met as young dreamers working at TGI Fridays in Chicago, sparking a swift romance that led to marriage. Soon after, they took a leap, moving to Louisville, Kentucky, far from familiar faces. “That’s when we learned to count on one another, and it’s carried us ever since,” Lauren says with a smile.
While Sean has been out in the field, Lauren has poured her heart into their family and passions. A dedicated homeschool educator, she guided their children, Joshua and Elisabeth, from kindergarten through high school. Now that they are grown and thriving, she has turned her focus to her breathtaking oil paintings. Under the banner of Lauren Lee Art, she creates works that spark joy and awe, reflecting the beauty of the world around her. “My purpose is to inspire admiration through this glorious Creation,” she says, speaking with heartfelt devotion to her craft.
Their Vollara journey began with a nudge from an unexpected source: their pastor, Dr. Bob. After hearing Dr. Eric Gonyon share the ActivePure story, Dr. Bob knew Sean and Lauren needed to see it too. Following a simple yet powerful success cycle—approach, assign, present, sponsor—he handed them a two-minute video and a challenge. Sean, ever the researcher, spent a month digging in. “The more I learned, the more excited I became,” he says. A call to Dr. Bob, a Zoom with Dr. Eric, and a week later, Sean ordered his five-pack and signed up for Essentials for Life auto-delivery. “We knew we had to be a product of the product,” he says. “Now, we live by it."
For the Litvaks, Vollara is about creating a strong,
lasting foundation, one step at a time.
In 2024, they achieved the milestone of becoming
Silver Associates, and now, with their eyes set on greater heights, they are aiming to become Gold Executives in 2025.
“2025 is our year to promote to Gold,” Sean shares, his voice brimming with excitement. “We’re aiming for 5,000 points monthly and three solid legs.” It’s an ambitious goal that they are pursuing together, blending Sean’s strategic drive with Lauren’s creative spirit. They balance and inspire each other, working in perfect sync like a President and Vice President, though it’s hard to say who’s who, as they’re both equally passionate and driven.
What makes their story even more compelling is their initial doubts. “We had written off opportunities like this,” Sean admits. “My past experiences left me wary. But Vollara? I dug deep—no flaws in the plan. The product is right for the moment, and the profits hold up, whether through direct sales or team building.” Inspired by Richard Bliss Brooke’s The 4-Year Career, Sean sees their Vollara path as just taking off. “Our next step is Gold by mid-2025, then Platinum and beyond,” he says, his eyes shining with excitement.
Sean’s passion for growth doesn’t stop at business. He’s also the author of a bestselling Amazon book, Proverbs of Leadership: You must Understand Yourself & Improve If You Desire Leadership That Will Produce Success In Others, where he shares timeless wisdom for personal and professional success. It’s a testament to his belief in leveraging knowledge and technology to achieve goals, and to help others do the same.
